Material legal-information errors should be visible after they are corrected—not silently erased. This register records verified corrections and publication-safety actions without identifying confidential reporters.
Our response targets: acknowledge reports within one business day; contain critical legal-information errors within eight hours; and reach a substantiated editorial decision within five business days. Report an issue through the correction form.
Wakilii removed Bank One Limited v Simbamanyo Estates Limited from Justice Musa Ssekaana's profile and removed the resulting shared-panel relationship with Justice Stephen Mubiru. The judgment identifies Justice Mubiru as the sole judge.
Verification: The judgment header and corrected profile data were verified on 15 August 2026.
Wakilii rebuilt all published shared-panel relationships from judges identified in the judgments themselves. The audit also removed Uganda v Nsubuga from Justice Stephen Mubiru's profile because the judgment identifies Justice Paul K. Mugamba as its sole judge.
Verification: Documentary panel relationships were regenerated from the parsed judgment coram and tested against the production judge index on 15 August 2026.
Wakilii withheld the substantive body, authority list, downloads, sharing tools and structured data for every secondary legal resource that had not completed qualified advocate review and editorial approval.
Verification: Production quarantine verified on 11 August 2026.
Wakilii corrected links that named the Civil Procedure and Limitation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act but opened a different Act; corrected a Civil Procedure Rules link that opened the Civil Procedure Act; repaired three Judicature Act links that resolved to the Inquests Act; and corrected one unrelated case destination and one misleading knowledge-page label.
Verification: The corrected source passed deterministic identity tests; the associated public-surface release was verified in production on 11 August 2026.
