Facts

Kebirungi Moureen was granted letters of administration for the estate of the late Barigye Nazarius on 4 November 2016 under Administration Cause 170 of 2015. The distribution of the estate was not yet complete and there were pending court cases regarding the estate. The letters of administration had expired. The beneficiaries, including Atuhaire Leticia who appeared in court on 27 January 2026, consented to the renewal of the grant. The applicant sought renewal of the letters to complete the administration and distribution of the estate.
