Facts

The applicant was charged in Nakaseke Chief Magistrate's Court with criminal offences and sought bail from the High Court. The applicant had previously made a similar bail application which was dismissed by the same judge on 9 July 2014. The applicant was represented by the same legal team on both occasions. In the present application, one ground of complaint was that the applicant did not know when his case would be fixed for hearing. At the time of this ruling, the court fixed the applicant's case for hearing on 22 September 2015.
