Facts
On 19 February 2016 at approximately 10:00 pm, the victim Osoa Peter was walking home when he reached Katrini Institute of Modern Technology in Arua District. The accused Ocima Ben attacked him with a long knife, threatened to stab him if he moved or raised alarm, and ordered him to surrender all his possessions.
