Facts
On 21 August 2015 at Bwizi Cell, Kamwenge District, three accused persons were alleged to have murdered Muhimbura Edison Abubaka Kabina. The deceased was lured to bring his car to transport a patient to hospital. The accused and four others laid ambush for the deceased. When the deceased arrived driving, the accused put a rope around the deceased's neck and strangled him. The deceased was also stabbed several times and had a cut on his neck. Another accused person drove off the deceased's vehicle towards Kampala but the car knocked a pavement and got stuck. The accused fled to Kisoro then Kampala and was arrested at Kalangala, Bombo, Luwero through mobile phone tracking.
