Facts

The appeal arose from the Judgment and Orders of the High Court at Kampala in Civil Suit No. 19 of 2012 (Hon. Justice Benjamin Kabiito) dated 7 December 2015. The parties subsequently reached a Consent Settlement Agreement specifying the terms of their settlement, a copy of which was filed on the court's record. By consent dated 9 December 2016, the parties agreed to withdraw the appeal with each party bearing its own costs.
