An Act to apply a sum of eight thousand nine hundred and two billion, one hundred and eighty seven million, twenty thousand shillings out of the Consolidated Fund to the service of the year ending on the 30th June, 2012 and to appropriate the supplies granted.
This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of July, 2011.
2. Issue of money out of the Consolidated Fund. The Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Fund and apply towards the supply granted to the Government for the service of the year ending on the 30th June, 2012, the sum of eight thousand nine hundred and two billion, one hundred and eighty seven million, twenty thousand shillings.
Act 17 Appropriation Act 2011
The sums granted by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes and in the amounts specified in columns 1 and 2 of the Schedule to this Act.
Any part of the sums granted by section 2 of this Act which has been, or is issued from the Consolidated Fund on or before the 30th day of June, 2012 shall be available until a date determined by the Secretary to the Treasury (not being later than the 31st day of October, 2012) for making payments which become due during the year ending on the 30th day of June, 2012 to an accounting officer or a receiver of revenue or to an officer administering a fund established under section 9 of the Public Finance and Accountability Act, 2003.
