An Act to apply a sum of nine trillion, six hundred and fifty three billion, seven hundred and forty one million, five hundred and ninety eight thousand shillings out of the Consolidated Fund to the service.
This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of July, 2012.
2. Issue of money out of the Consolidated Fund. The Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Fund and apply towards the supply granted to the Government for the service of the year ending on the 30th June, 2013, the sum of nine trillion, six hundred and fifty three billion, seven hundred and forty one million, five hundred and ninety eight thousand shillings.
Act 10 Appropriation Act 2012
The sums granted by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes and in the amounts specified in columns 1 and 2 of the Schedule to this Act.
Any part of the sums granted by section 2 of this Act which has been, or is issued from the Consolidated Fund on or before the 30th day of June, 2013 shall be available until a date determined by the Secretary to the Treasury (not being later than the 31st day of October, 2013) for making payments which become due during the year ending on the 30th day of June, 2013 to an accounting officer or a receiver of revenue or to an officer administering a fund established under section 9 of the Public Finance and Accountability Act, 2003.
