Approprin- 3, The sums granted by this Statute shall be appropriated *On* for the services and purposes and in the amounts specified in columns I and 2 of tne Schedule hereto. duration Of 4. Any part of the sums granted by section 2 of this •ppropri*- Statute which has been, or issued from the Consolidated lion extended Fund on or before the 30th day of June, 1991, shall be in certain available until a date to be determined by the Secretary to case*. Cap. 149. the Treasury (not being later than the 31st day of October, 1991) for making payments which become due during the year ending on the 30th day of June, 1991, to an accounting officer vr a receiver of revenue or to an officer administering a fund established under section 17 of the Public Finance Act.
