1. Title

These Regulations may be cited as the Capital Markets Authority (Prescription of Securities Instrument) Regulations, 2022.

2. Prescription of Securities Instrument

The following instruments are prescribed by the Authority to be securities- (a) commercial paper; (b) depository receipts; or (c) exchange-traded funds.
