1. This Instrument may be cited as

the Electoral Commission Title (Appointment of Date of Completion of Update of Voters' Register in Apac District) Instrument, 2006.

3. For purposes of paragraph 2 of this Instrument, after the No

application appointed date, no application form from Apac District shall be accepted after accepted by the Electoral Commission, seeking- appointed date. (a) to register as a voter; or (b) to transfer to a new voting location.
