1. This Order may be cited as

the National Social Security citation Fund (Interest on Benefits) Order, 1996.

2. All Benefits payable out of the

National Social Security Declaration Fund for the 1995/96 financial year shall carry an annual interest of 3 percent (3%) calculated on the balance standing to the credit of the members' accounts on the first day of July, 1995.
