1. Title
These Regulations may be cited as the Petroleum (Refining, Conversion, Transmission and Midstream Storage) (National Content) Regulations, 2016.
2. Application. (1) These Regulations apply to national content in midstream operations. (2) The licensee, contractor, subcontractor, and other entity involved in midstream operations in Uganda shall consider and incorporate national content as an important element of their overall midstream operations.
