An Act to make supplementary appropriation out of the Consolidated Fund under section 16 of the Public Finance and Accountability Act, 2003 of a sum of four hundred and twenty billion, two hundred and eighty eight million, five hundred sixty nine thousand shillings only to meet additional expenditure for the first, second, third and fourth quarters of the financial year 2013/2014.

1. Supplementary appropriation

The supplementary appropriation out of the consolidated fund in respect of the first, second, third and fourth quarters of the financial year 2013/2014, for the purposes specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Act, of the sums respectively specified in column 2 of that Schedule, is hereby allowed and confirmed.
