2. A person who prior to 5th

October 1990 had a land title Remission of fees or had otherwise paid the requisite fees in respect of land situate in the government sponsored ranching schemes specified in the schedule to this Instrument, is hereby exempted from the pay ment of fees payable under the provisions of the Survey (fees) S.I. No. 97 of 1966. Rules, 1966.
