1. Title

This Order may be cited as the Traffic and Road Safety (Closure of Road) (Exemption) Order, 2011.

2. Exemption

A person who takes part in the Annual Easter Street Jam Promotion 2011 organised by Club Silk commencing on the 30* April, 2011 to 1st May, 2011 on 1" Street Industrial Area, Kampala, is exempted from the provisions of section 136 of the Traffic and Road Safety Act for the duration of the Street Jam Promotion.
