2. Exemption of Parsian Investment Engineering and

Construction j Company Ltd. from re-exportation fees x. -rsian Investment Engineering and Construction Company Ltd. is exempted from re-exportation fees payable under the Traffic and Road Safety Act, 1998 by virtue of the Finance Act, 2009 in respect of derregistration for export, of vehicles and equipment specified in the Schedule.
