Traffic and Road Safety (Speed of Motor Vehicle) (Exemption) (No. 2) Order

1. Title

This Order may be cited as the Traffic and Road Safety (Speed of Motor Vehicle) (Exemption) (No. 2) Order, 2011.

2. Exemption

A person who drives a motor vehicle and competes in the FMU sprint rally organized by the Federation of Motor Sports Club of Uganda (FMU), scheduled to take place on 16th - 17th April, 2011 and taking place in the district of Kampala, at Lubiri grounds-Mengo, is exempted from the provisions of section 120 of the Traffic and Road Safety Act, Cap. 361, for the duration of the rally.
