Traffic and Road Safety (Speed of Motor Vehicle) (Exemption) (No. 3) Order

1. This Order may be cited as

the Traffic and Road Safety citation (Speed of Motor Vehicle) (Exemption) (No. 3) Order, 2001.

2. A person who drives a motor

vehicle and who competes Exemption in the two days rally competition organised by Motorsport Africa Club and described as the Kabaka Roval Birthdav Rally commencing on Saturday 24th March, 2001 and ending on Sunday 25th March, 2001 is exempted from the provisions of subsections (1) and (2) of section 121 of the Act for the duration of that rally.
