This Order may be cited as the Traffic and Road Safety (Speed of Motor Vehicle) (Exemption) Order, 2011.
A person who drives a motor vehicle and competes in the UMOSPOC Challenge rally organized by the Federation of Motor Sports Club of Uganda (FMU), scheduled to take place on 26th and 27th March, 2011 and taking place in the districts of Masaka, Rwengo, Kalungu and Bukomansimbi, is exempted from the provisions of section 120 of the Traffic and Road Safety Act, Cap. 361, for the duration of the rally.
