Consolidated text
(1) This Act applies to a financial institution defined in section 2.
(2) This Act shall not apply to a cooperative society registered under the Cooperative Societies Act,
except a cooperative society established for the purpose of accepting deposits from the public.
(3) This Act does not apply to a microfinance deposit taking institution.
