In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires (a) "commission" means the Electoral Commission established under article 60 of the Constitution;
(b) "Minister" means the Minister responsible for constitutional affairs;
(c) "national voters register" means the national voters register maintained under section 18 of the
Electoral Commission Act;
(d) "registered voter" means a person registered on the national voters register.
