Section 10: Pre-licensing inspection The central bank or its appointed agent shall carry out on-site inspection of the premises of

the applicant to determine the adequacy of the physical security system of the applicant and to confirm the following matters (a) suitability of premises for the operations of credit reference bureau business; (b) separation of the proposed credit reference bureau business from other businesses performed by the applicant; and (c) the adequacy of the administrative and operational processes and the internal control systems.
