Section 10: National Youth Executive Committee

(1) There shall be a National Youth Executive Committee which shall be responsible for managing the affairs of the Council. (2) The National Youth Executive Committee shall be elected by the members of the Council from among their number and shall consist of- (a) a chairperson; (b) a vice chairperson; (c) a general secretary; (d) a publicity secretary; (e) a secretary for women youth who shall be a female; (f) a secretary for student affairs; (g) a secretary for labour affairs; (h) a secretary for sports and culture; (i) a secretary for external relations; (j) a secretary for finance; and (k) a secretary for legal affairs.
