Consolidated text

(1) There shall be heads of departments and such other officers and employees of the corporation as the board may determine. (2) The board may, on such terms and conditions it deems fit and with the approval of the Minister, fix remuneration, grant pensions, gratuities or other benefits on retirement or termination of service of the officers and employees of the corporation and may require them to contribute to any pension, provident fund or superannuation scheme.
