Consolidated text

(1) The lead auditor shall complete an evaluation and audit report detailing the audit findings, commodity testing results, status of any non-conformances raised and recommendations. (2) The evaluation and audit report shall be shared with the applicant and shall be subjected to review in accordance with regulation 13 to inform the certification decision. (3) The evaluation and audit report shall be in Form 3 set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
