Section 104: Management of restrained and confiscated property

(1) Property restrained or confiscated under this Act shall be managed in accordance with regulations
made under this Act.
(2) The court may require any person having possession of the property to give up possession of the
property to the person appointed under the regulations made under this Act.
(3) The power to manage or otherwise deal with property under this section includes-
(a) in the case of perishable or rapidly depreciating property, the power to sell that property, and
(b) in the case of property having little or no value, the power to destroy that property.
