Section 11: Funds of the council

(1) The funds of the council shall consist of- (a) subventions received from the Government or other bodies; (b) grants, gifts and donations received from the Government, organisations or other bodies; (c) fees and other monies payable to the council for services rendered by it; and (d) monies that may become payable to or vested in the council in any manner, or in relation or incidental to the carrying out of its functions. (2) The council shall operate a bank account in a bank it may determine, and the account shall be operated in the manner decided by the council.
