Section 12: Labour union branches

Consolidated text

(1) A registered labour union may, for purposes of the management of its affairs, form or dissolve branches as it thinks appropriate and the Registrar shall be kept informed of the formation or dissolution of the union's branches at all times, by the labour union. (2) A registered labour union shall, where requested by the Minister or the Registrar, provide information on the number and location of its branches at any specified time.
