(1) The Fish Act, Cap. 197 (Revised Edition, 2000) is repealed. (2) The Trout Protection Act, Cap. 199 (Revised Edition, 2000) is repealed. (3) A statutory instrument made under any of the Acts repealed by subsection (1) and (2), and which is in force immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall, unless a contrary intention appears, remain in force, so far as it is not inconsistent with this Act until it is revoked by regulations made under this Act and, until that revocation, shall be deemed to have been made under this Act.
