Consolidated text

(1) The audit team or an authorised officer shall prepare a detailed audit report of the findings of the audit and test results. (2) The audit report shall be reviewed by an authorised person who was not a member of the audit team conducting the audit or commodity testing, who shall recommend to the council or to a person acting under the authority of the council, whether to grant or not to grant the permit.
