aircraft A pilot shall not act as PIC of a non-turbojet or turbofan small aircraft in commercial air transport operations during- (a) instrument flight rules operations unless that pilot holds a CPL with appropriate category and class ratings for the aircraft operated, an instrument rating and meets the experience requirements for the operation; or (b) day visual flight rules operations unless that pilot holds a CPL with appropriate category and class ratings for the aircraft operated.
