Consolidated text

(1) The funds and resources of the council shall consist of- (a) such sums from the Consolidated Fund as may, from time to time, be appropriated by Parliament for the purpose of the council; (b) any monies accruing to the council in the discharge of its functions under this Act; and (c) grants, gifts or donations to the council. (2) All income and monies of the council shall be deposited to the credit of the council in a bank approved by the Minister and shall not be withdrawn except with the approval of and in a manner determined by the council.
