Section 14: Funds of the council

Consolidated text

(1) The funds of the council shall consist of- (a) money appropriated to the council by Parliament from time to time; (b) grants, gifts and donations to the council; (c) fees and other monies paid for services rendered by the council; (d) monies that may in any manner become payable to or vested in the council under the provisions of this Act or in relation or incidental to the carrying out of its functions. (2) The council shall operate a bank account in a bank determined by the council, and the account shall be operated in a manner decided by the council.
