Section 14: Funds of the Corporation

(1) The funds of the Corporation shall consist of- (a) any grant of a capital nature from the Government; (b) any loan from the Government, organizations or any person; (c) any moneys that may become payable to the Corporation in the discharge of its functions and commercial activities; (d) donations that may be made to the Corporation; (e) television viewing licence fees and advertising revenue. (2) All income and moneys of the Corporation shall be deposited into the bank account of the Corporation in a bank approved by the Board, and shall only be withdrawn in accordance with the manner prescribed by the Board.
