Section 156: Pension fund and retired and redundant employees

Consolidated text
(1) All former employees of the Authority who at the commencement of this Act are receiving
retirement benefits and pensions from the Authority shall continue to be paid by the Authority.
(2) All employees of the Authority who become redundant as a result of the implementation of section
154 shall he paid the calculated and ascertained retirement benefits and pension due to them under the repealed Act.
