(1) The Minister may, by statutory instrument, and with the approval of the Cabinet, amend the First Schedule to this Act. (2) The Minister may by statutory instrument, amend the Second Schedule in accordance with, section 4 to reflect any changes in the ministries specified in the Schedule.
