Section 18: Funds of the council

(1) The funds of the council shall consist of- (a) grants from the Government; (b) loans from the Government or from any person or organisation within or outside Uganda; (c) grants, gifts and donations that may be received by the council from any source within or outside Uganda; and (d) any sums that may become payable to the council in the discharge of its functions under this Act. (2) All income and monies of the council shall be deposited to the credit of the council in a bank approved by the Minister and shall not be withdrawn except with the approval of, and in the manner determined by, the council.
