Consolidated text

(1) The funds and resources of the Council shall consist of- (a) such sums from the Consolidated Fund as may be appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of the Council; (b) any money accruing to the Council in the discharge of its functions under this Act; and (c) grants, gifts or donations to the Council. (2) All income and moneys of the Council shall be deposited to the credit of the Council in a bank approved by the Minister and shall not be withdrawn except with the approval of, and in a manner determined by, the Council.
