(1) These Regulations shall apply to the conduct of all takeover offers and mergers, whether voluntary or mandatory, made in respect of listed companies. (2) All persons engaged in substantial acquisition of shares, takeover and merger transactions shall observe the general principles set out in part A of the Schedule 2
