Section 2: Objects of the Act

The objects of this Act are- (a) to establish the Uganda Wildlife Conservation Education Centre; (b) to provide for a Board of Directors of the Uganda Wildlife Conservation Education Centre; (c) to facilitate the promotion and conservation of Uganda's unique wildlife resources through conservation education; (d) to provide for showcasing Uganda's unique wildlife heritage and ecosystems through the Centre; (e) to provide for the establishment and management of a wildlife bio-data bank at the Centre; (f) to provide for the establishment and maintenance of hospitality and recreation facilities and services support for the centre.
