Section 21: Funds, etc. of the council

(1) The funds of the council shall consist of- (a) money appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of the council; (b) loans from the Government or from any person or organisation within or outside Uganda; (c) grants, gifts and donations that may be received by the council from sources within or outside Uganda; and (d) any sums that may become payable to the council in the discharge of its functions under this Act. (2) All the income and monies of the council shall be deposited to the credit of the council in a bank approved by the Minister and shall not be withdrawn except with the approval of and in the manner determined by the council.
