Consolidated text

(1) There shall be other officers and employees of the Organisation as the Board may determine. (2) The Board may, on terms and conditions it deems fit and with the approval of the Minister, fix remuneration, grant pensions, gratuities or other benefits on retirement or termination of service of the officers and employees of the Organisation and may require them to contribute to any pension, provident fund or superannuation scheme.
