Consolidated text
(1) There is established a fund to be known as the Defence Forces Fund.
(2) All fines imposed for any offence under this Act, gifts, donations, proceeds of sale of farm produce
and funds generated by any other projects managed by or on behalf of the Defence Forces shall be paid into the Defence Forces Fund.
(3) The funds paid into the Defence Forces Fund shall be utilised in accordance with regulations made
under this Act.
