Consolidated text

(1) The Agricultural Seed and Plant Act, is repealed. (2) Any statutory instrument made under the repealed Act and in force on the coming into operation of this Act so long as it is consistent with the provisions of this Act, shall continue in force until revoked or amended under this Act. (3) Subject to the provisions of this Act any licence or other authorisation granted under the repealed Act and anything done under that Act may continue to take effect as if done under this Act.
