(1) The Auditor General shall provide a healthy, safe and conducive working environment for all members of staff. (2) Notwithstanding subregulation (1), the Auditor General may- (a) endeavor to create a stress free work environment; (b) prevent accidents at work; (c) communicate to staff the need for good health and safety practices; (d) train members of staff in good health and safety practices and procedures; and (e) provide first aid boxes and fire extinguishers.
