Consolidated text
(1) The Board may constitute a committee to advise it on any matter concerning the functions of the
Board, as the Board may determine.
(2) The Board shall determine the terms of reference of a committee and the composition of a
committee, and in consultation with the Minister responsible for finance and the Minister responsible for public service, the terms and conditions of service of a member of a committee.
