Consolidated text

(1) Any part of the sums granted by section 2 of this Act which has been, or is issued from the Consolidated Fund on or before the 30th day of June, 2018 shall expire and cease to have any effect at the close of the financial year for which it is made. (2) A vote that does not expend money that was appropriated to the vote for the financial year shall at the close of the financial year, repay the money to the Consolidated Fund in accordance with section 17 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2015. section 3 SCHEDULE Column 1 Column 2 Vote Supply No. Shs. 000 RECURRENT EXPENDITURE
