Section 4: Expiry of appropriations

(1) Any part of the sums granted by section 3 which has been, or is issued from the Consolidated Fund on or before the 30th day of June, 2024 shall expire and cease to have any effect at the close of the financial year. (2) A vote that does not expend money that was appropriated to the vote for the financial year shall, at the close of the financial year, repay the money to the Consolidated Fund in accordance with section 17 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2015.
