Consolidated text
(1) Subject to subsection (3), every member of the Commission shall, before assuming his or her duties
as member, take and subscribe the oath specified in Part IA of Schedule 2 to this Act.
(2) Subject to subsection (3), a person elected Chairperson or Vice Chairperson shall, before assuming
his or her duties as Chairperson or Vice Chairperson, take and subscribe the oath specified in Part IB of Schedule 2 to this Act.
